CEMENTITIOUS REPAIR MORTARS
Tecpatch FC — Fast drying cementitious surfacing compound for vertical surfaces. Available in standard Grey or Off White.
Tecpatch HB — A polymer modified lightweight mortar for the repair of vertical and overhead defects 10 – 80mm in concrete structures.
Tecpatch HB50 — A polymer modified lightweight repair mortar for the repair of vertical and overhead defects where a strength of 50MPa is required.
Tecpatch HB80 — A structural repair mortar for non slump high build repairs of concrete where a strength of 80MPa is required.
Tecpatch Lite — A fine filled, light weight patching mortar. Ideal for filling precast panel cast-in plate recesses. Available in standard Grey or Off White.
Tecpatch LW — A polymer modified lightweight mortar specifically formulated for applications to pre-cast connection plate recesses. Available in standard Grey or Off White.
Tecpatch Structural— Polymer modified cement based mortar for structural repairs 5 – 25mm to conrete elements.
Granotop — A prepacked cementitious topping, specifically formulated for the topping of concrete to provide falls to drains.
Renderprime S — Polymer emulsion admixture for site mixed repair screeds and mortars.
Pavepatch — A single component premixed cement based flooring screed for use from 10 – 50mm.
Pavepatch D — Fast setting premixed concrete for pavement repairs from 20 – 200mm thick.
Mapecem Quickpatch — Extremely versatile, fast setting material for patching interior or exterior concrete surfaces. Can be applied to a feather edge in ramping or repair applications.
Rapido (Formerly Rapid Patch 40) — Fast setting mortar for repair of internal damaged concrete floors, stairs, risers and ramps.
EPOXY PRODUCTS
Resiloc Binder — A general purpose 2 part epoxy binder for use with selected fillers.
Resiloc Fillers — A range of processed graded aggregates for use with Resiloc Binder to produce repair mortars, grouts, floor screeds, etc.
Resiloc PM — A smooth 2 part epoxy paste for general repairs in pavements, slabs, panels, etc.
Resiloc HB — A high build epoxy mortar for use as a repair mortar for cracked or damaged concrete.
Resiloc 321 — General purpose 2 part epoxy binder with high tolerance to moist conditions, useful as a bond promoter for new to old concrete on horizontal surfaces.
Resiloc 621 — General purpose 2 part epoxy non-sag binder for use with selected aggregates such as Resiloc Fillers.
PRIMERS
Renderprime — A general purpose acrylic bonding agent and primer for repairs to horizontal surfaces.
Renderprime HB — A thixatropic acrylic bonding agent and primer for vertical and overhead repairs where a high build repair mortar is required.
Granogrip — A 2 part epoxy bonding agent for vertical new to old concrete applications.
